1. Bookings & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the appointment.

2. Deposit/Refund Policy

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule, a new booking will be required.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Once your consultation, service, or package has taken place, or a virtual service has been activated, no refund will be given.

• All virtual services, events, and programmes are considered final sale.

3. Gift Vouchers

•  Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Unfortunately,no extensions can be given.

• Both physical and e-vouchers are available—you can select your preference at the time of purchase.

• Physical gift vouchers will be dispatched within 24 hours, and e-vouchers will be emailed within 2 hours of purchase.

• Any cancellations or changes to appointments made using a gift voucher must also give at least 72 hours’ notice.

4. Payments

• Payments are accepted via Revolut, PayPal, card or cash.

5. Services

• RosieKirk.com provides personal styling and fashion consultancy services.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of styling advice, clothing, or accessories purchased or recommended during the service.

• Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant information (e.g., allergies, preferences, restrictions).

7. Website Use

• All content on RosieKirk.com is the intellectual property of Rosie Kirk unless otherwise stated.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy
